We deeply regret that we have had to cancel plans for our February Fashion Show.
Returning this year, we are pleased to announce the date of our 11th Fashion Show! The show will take place on Friday, February 27th, at 6:30 pm at the Milford Youth Center. Ticket prices are $5 per person or $10 per family.
The theme of our show will be, “Dressed Up, Not Messed Up”. We hope this event will increase youth’s self-esteem and confidence of youth. We will also include the importance of diversity in our community and how important it is for the youth to recognize that we all come from diverse backgrounds, races, beliefs and ethnicities!
At the event, we will also have DJ Ron Auger, who will play the latest hit music, as well as public speaker, Carly Fauth, of FitFunCarly, who will touch upon the topics of Youth, Diversity, Self-Esteem, and touch on her own life experiences.
We are pleased to announce our new collaboration this year with Kristie Raymond, President and Founder of HumanKindLLC, an amazing place where it is her mission is, “To find and cast accurate and authentic talent to appear in photo and video campaigns”. Kristie’s plan is to seek out clients who are ready and willing to be more inclusive and create imagery that represents everyone. She believes that “Every Body Belongs.” This year, we have partnered with local businesses that will be volunteering their services to make this event possible.

• Haven Beauty
• Lunas Place
An information session, where you may sign-up, will take place on Friday, January 30, at 6:30 pm at the Milford Youth Center. This information session is for parents/guardians and their children that would like to participate and ask any questions. At this meeting, all participants will be able to sign up for time slots to try on outfits and appointments for hair and makeup. Youth will also need a permission form and photo release, which will be done during the meeting.
We are so excited for this event; it is always a huge success and a lot of fun! We hope to see you here!

We are also in need of more barbers and hairdressers/makeup artists to help for a couple of hours before the show, on Friday, February 27th, to do hair and makeup.
