The Milford Youth Center’s (MYC) full-time staff joined State Representative Brian Murray, the Tri-County Chamber of Commerce, community members and Citizens staff to celebrate the grand opening of the Milford, MA branch at Citizens last month! We were also very excited to bring two of our current staff, and former members, to speak on why the Center is important to them and the community! We would also like to thank Citizens for selecting the MYC as the recipient of the $2,500 donation, presented at the event! We truly appreciate your support, and we are very impressed with your new facility! It was also very exciting to see a former MYC after school member, Saverio Fulgitini, now working as a Teller at Citizens connect with the Director, Jen Ward for a photo with the State Representative.
Finally, we would like to give a special thank you to Evelyn Santana, Citizens Branch Manager, and Derek Souza, South Central MA Regional Manager, who toured the Youth Center facility prior to the event to learn more about everything that we do. The meeting and tour went so well that members of their team are coming back to volunteer and help us get ready for our upcoming Halloween event!
