We are so thankful to the 17 MYC staff, youth, and volunteers for joining our team for the annual Milford Beautification Day on Saturday, April 27th to clean up the neighborhood that surrounds the Youth Center! As much as possible, MYC and staff try to participate in community events and programs. In fact, the vision of the Milford Youth Center is to provide a safe environment that promotes self-esteem, builds character, and fosters the notion of community and the importance of respecting and serving others. We truly believe that it takes an entire community to lead the way!
Thank you to the Citizens for Milford for planning this community event, the Lions Club for providing water and food along with Rail Trail for providing and serving ice cream! We’d also like to thank the Milford Highway Department for picking up the trash!
