The MYC is excited to welcome back Basketball Adult Open Gym! This program will be open to adults only (18+) (no kids or spectators allowed – only participants). You will have to fill out a waiver your first time participating before entering, along with providing a license and/or ID.

Basketball Open Gym will run on Mondays 4/22 and 4/29 from 6:30 – 8:30 in April! Milford residents will be charged $5 each and out-of-town participants will be charged $8 each week (please bring exact amount)!
Please note that our building is currently mask optional (subject to change)! Please check our social media for any cancellations!
If nobody shows up the staff will close the gym at 7:30pm! Spread the word! We will continue this if we get more people!
