Rentals

Now that we have our beautiful renovations and an AC gym, we would love to share them with the community! The Milford Youth Center is available for rental purposes (all renters must be 21+). If you wish to rent the facility you must connect with the Youth Center, at least three weeks in advance via Rental Application (linked below) to set up a meeting to go over contract, rules, guidelines, etc. Please make sure you review all rules and regulations required for a municipal facility to determine if we are the right fit for your rental! Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hosting your rental!

We do require an application to be filled out 3 weeks prior to your event and must comply with our rules and regulations. All information required must be submitted prior to the approval of your request. In an effort to more easily share programs and building availability for rentals with the community, we have created a live google calendar here. The rooms we have available to rent as of right now are:

The gymnasium and/or stage area: Our gymnasium can host multiple events and activities including sport practices and games, birthday parties, job fairs, shows (on stage) etc. Our gym is equipped with full heat/AC, a divider that splits the gym in half, and 6 basketball hoops! We also have equipment for pickleball court set up and volleyball! With over 9,000sqft in our gym renters have options for courts as well! The gym has a capacity of 766.
• Basketball: Full Court size: 84’ x 50’, Two half courts: 69’ x 42’
Volleyball: Full court (1 net), or two half courts (2 nets) all measuring 59’ x 30’
Pickleball: Full court (1 net) or two half courts (2 nets) all 44’ x 20’


The conference room: Our conference room is equipped with a tv that can display screens from personal devices. The conference room has a capacity of 15.

Batting Cages: We have two fully netted batting cages in the MYC basement for any team, club, or individual to use to practice their batting skills. Cages can either be rented together or separately depending on the need of the renter! The batting cage area has a capacity of 25, per cage.

Dance Room: Our dance room is completed with a wall or mirrors and a barre the runs the length of the room, perfect for any style dance! The room is 34’ x 20’ (680 sq. ft) and has a room capacity of 18.

Boxing Ring: Our boxing ring (separate from the boxing gym) gives renters the opportunity to practice in a real ring! Each side has a designated color (red or blue), all parts of our ring are labeled (ring side) and it follows all state regulations for rope distance, space, and height!


Boxing Gym: Our boxing gym (separate from the ring) is equipped with mats, 2 Speed Bags, multiple punching bags with various weights, a tv to hook up any video, and comes with hand wraps! The boxing room has a capacity of 19.

Payment for rentals should only be submitted after you have completed the following steps:

    • You have met with a Milford Youth Center staff member, by appointment only!
    • You have selected a room/area to rent
    • You have scheduled a rental date and time
    • You have received an invoice
