After School Registration

Before registering your child, please review information about the program here! Below are all the ways you can register your child (8-18 yrs old, Milford resident or student attending Milford Public Schools):

  1. Come in from 10am-6pm)! (Unless otherwise noted on monthly calendar):
    • Make a trip to the MYC to fill out a paper application for your child to attend the MYC After School Program! It’s free and runs from 2pm-6pm Mon-Fri. Transportation is not supplied by us so please make sure your child has a way to and from the MYC daily!
  1. Have your child pick up a form!
    • Your child can run in and grab a form for you if you are unable to make it during our open hours, and can bring it back to us the next day filled out! Your child will be unable to attend the MYC if they do not have an updated form in our system, so they will not be able to stay on the day that they pick the form up until we receive the completed form, signed by you.
