The MYC is excited to be continuing basketball and pickleball Open Gym for the community to enjoy!
Adult Open Gym is made up of sporting programs where the Center opens our beautiful gym for adults to have fun in a comfortable environment where all skill levels are welcome! These programs will be open to adults only, (18+), no kids or spectators allowed – only participants. You will have to fill out a waiver your first time participating before entering, along with providing a license and/or ID.

Milford residents will be charged $5 each and out-of-town participants will be charged $8 each week (please bring the exact amount)! Pickleball racket rentals are $3!
Pickleball Wednesday’s from 5:30-7:00pm:
*Pickleball will run on Wednesday’s from 5:30-7:00pm on 7/2, 7/9, 7/16, 7/23 and 7/30!
*There will be limited rackets available to rent for $3. Courts are not lined, there are markers to determine the three different courts.
*The MYC is not and will not be joining the Playtime Scheduler App, please do not put the MYC times on the app.
*Staff will aid rotations to ensure fair play time.
*Games will be to 11 and winners will remain on the court and losers will connect with an MYC staff member to put their name on the list to play on the court they would like to play on next.
*Rules will be posted on the court.
Basketball Mondays 7:15-9:15pm and Fridays 6:30-8:30pm:
*Basketball will run on Mondays 7:15-9:15pm; 7/7, 7/14, 7/21 and 7/28, and Fridays 6:30-8:30pm, 7/11, 7/18, and 7/25 from 6:30-8:30pm!
*This is pickup basketball, where players shoot for teams to start.
*Depending on number of participants, there will be two small courts running games and/or the full court (the program will be tentatively half court if scheduling changes).
Please note that masking in our building is currently optional (subject to change)! Follow us on social media for any cancellations and updates! Spread the word, we will continue these programs if we get people! Programs will promptly close at their end time, if run the whole time!
