Come join us for a New Human fundraiser for the Milford Youth Center on Saturday, October 19th, 2024! This event is a fun filled in person event at the Milford Youth Center for all fitness levels!
New Human will be hosting four programs:
- Find Your Inner Athlete + Yoga – Unlock your athletic potential with ‘Find Your Inner Athlete + Yoga’ ran by Coach Michael and Allie. This unique 50-minute class is designed for former athletes who want to reconnect with their strength, agility, and flexibility. Start with 25 minutes of dynamic, high-energy workouts to reignite your athleticism, followed by 25 minutes of restorative yoga to enhance flexibility and mental clarity. Whether you’re looking to relive the glory days or simply stay in peak condition, this class offers the perfect blend of intensity and relaxation. - Hoop Dreams Revisited– Adult Basketball Practice at 10:30 am- Relive your basketball glory days! This program will be run by Coach Aaron, where former athletes can reconnect with their passion for the game. Participate in shooting drills, ball handling, and some friendly live play. - Then New Human staff will be organizing two pickup basketball game sessions from 11:30pm-12:30pm and 12:30-1:30pm! Come down to the Center to lay basketball with some great competition!
