Each month we thank an individual, business and /or organization who supports our efforts. This month we would like to extend an extra thank you Nadine Clifford, founder of ConnectEd & Inspired.
ConnectEd & Inspired, while fairly new to Milford, has been a long time organization that was established to encourage continuous growth through enrichment that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit.
During Nadine’s time spent at the Milford Youth Center, she has volunteered to run programs that allowed the MYC registered after-school members to make apple pies, learn creative ways to use fondant and frosting to make spring-themed cupcakes, and most recently, the children made home-made ice cream! These are just a few of the amazing programs Nadine has brought to the Center.
Nadine’s skills with clay and pottery, painting, cooking, baking, hosting private events, and so much more, truly shine through in her love for allowing children the opportunity to try new things and to be exposed to many different opportunities. Thank you for your commitment, connection, and love for the arts. We are grateful for your partnership, and we look forward to working with you in the up-and-coming months!
