The Youth Center would like to extend a very appreciative thank you to the following list who donated items and/or their time this month to the Center:
● Thank you to all the businesses and organizations that are participating and sponsoring our 2nd Annual Golf Tournament;
● Mike Volpe of Bellingham Energy Company, LLC for donating funds to have Nydam Landscaping come by this month to conduct some landscaping and clean-up which included: bed mulching, lawn irrigation and fertilization at the Youth Center;
● Milford Regional Medical Center for collaborating on our wellness and fitness programming;
● YouthWorks for the opportunity to employee youth during their full-year program;
● Hockomock Area YMCA for continuing to offer their Mobile Food Truck to our participants once/month;
● Goldfish Swim School for offering free classes for our Kid’s Play participants;
● MyFM 101.3 and Ray Auger for having Jen on to promote monthly events and programs (for radio clip, click here);
● Sam Cesario of the Milford Public Library for donating solar eclipse glasses to the Center;
● Emily Torres-Cullinane, Chief of Community Engagement Division of the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General and Barbara Kessler, Coordinator, Community Engagement Division of the Office of the Attorney General for visiting the Youth Center for an informational tour!
● Mike Afonso for donating softballs, footballs, and dogs toys to the Center;
● Heloiza and Luiz Santos Jr. of West Street Autobody for running this month’s Life Skills program;
● Citizens of Milford for inviting the Center to participate in Milford Beautification Day;
● Dominique and Sophia from Milford TV for running our bi-weekly
program, teaching the kids how to interview and edit videos! Thank you also for sending us the Fashion Show video here!;
● Cornerstone of Milford’s Margaret Bannerman, Arlene Hutnak, Nicole Noma and Jared Pearson for running a multi-generational crafting program for the youth;
● Milford Food Service Program, CACFP and the Hockomock YMCA for providing dinners and snacks to our after school members;
● Jackie Silva for donating sewing materials for programming;
● Maureen Wojnar for donating $50 for her charity of the month Dress Down event with Homefield Credit Union;
● Natalie Tessicini for donating hygiene products for the kids at the Center;
● David Rose and Berkshire Bank for donating water bottles, chalk, paper and arts & crafts for programming;
● Volunteers/Outside Services: Thank you John and Darlene Dulude for helping with fundraiser raffle baskets; Gail Jussaume for helping with golf raffle bags; Judy Tusino, Bill Farrell and Pamela Hunter for helping back food bags for the MYC families; Nadine Clifford from Connected & Inspired for running our Nutrition program; Allison Strattner from New Human for running our weekly yoga program; Pamela Goldman and Susan Dykhoff for running a 
cooking class with the kids; Brian Bell for running our boxing program; Vicki Parabicoli for running a sewing program for the youth; Ladd-Patrick Fagerson for helping run soccer and other sport related programming; Julya Caldeira for helping the MYC with organization and summer camp forms; and for all our Board Members for meeting monthly to help oversee this amazing asset to the community!
