Adult Open Gym will be held on Wednesdays in June on 6/7, 6/14, 6/21, and 6/28 from 6:30 pm-8:30 pm (if nobody shows up staff will close gym at 7:30pm)!
- This is only open to adults only (18+) (no kids or spectators allowed – only participants);
- You will have to fill out a waiver your first time participating before entering, along with providing a license and/or ID;

- Milford residents will be charged $5 each and out-of-town participants will be charged $8 each week (please bring exact amount);
- Please note that our building is currently mask optional (subject to change);
