Recently, Liz Harkins and MassAccess invited Director, Jen Ward and Assistant Director, Emily Stienstra, to speak at their Spring Conference in Framingham Massachusetts in a track about Recruiting and Retaining Volunteers! Milford TV interviewed and edited testimonials from volunteers, John and Darlene Dulude, Earl Wilson, Aaron Anniballi, Yvy Lima, and Amazon volunteers, Sean Goyette and Theo Barry, to include in the presentation! Jen and Emily were able to explain the break down of the Youth Centers need for volunteers, their on-boarding strategies, thank-you’ s, and general relationships the Center has with every volunteer that walks through the doors!
