Join us for our 5th Annual “Dressed Up, Not Messed Up” Fashion Show on Saturday, May 17th at 6 PM at the Milford Youth Center. This year we will have an actual lifted RUNWAY! A special thank you for the generous donation of lumber from Kevin Rudden! This allowed Youth Center staff and volunteer John Delude, to complete the catwalk during April Vacation!
The theme of our show for the fifth year will be “Dressed Up, Not Messed Up”. Through this event we plan to raise awareness about underage drinking and help teens become better informed about the dangers of alcohol so they can make healthy decisions throughout life. We also hope this event will increase youth self-esteem and attitudes toward their body image. Each year the show gets better and better, with more youth participating and community involvement!
The Fashion Show is sponsored by the Milford Youth Center & the Juvenile Advocacy Group. This event would not be possible without:
TJ Maxx of Milford, Shea Originals, Custom Creations, BVT Cosmetology Students & Independent Beauty Consultant, Kara Geromini! The show is sponsored by the Milford Youth Center and the Juvenile Advocacy Group.
